ASSESSMENT APPROACH

All battery work is assessment-based

Battery repair costs are not published as fixed prices. Each pack requires assessment for condition, voltage, cell-group balance and BMS behaviour before any repair option or cost can be confirmed.

Possible service paths — confirmed only after assessment:

Battery pack condition report
BMS assessment and potential replacement
Cell group analysis
Connector and wiring assessment
Rebuild assessment where viable

No cell replacement, BMS replacement or rebuild is committed until diagnosis confirms a safe and viable repair route.

Battery collection — manual approval required

Battery collection is not available through the standard collection flow. It requires manual safety assessment and approval before any collection is arranged.

Standard collection pricing (free, £9.99, £14.99 bands) does not apply to lithium battery packs until approved.

WARRANTY

Battery repair warranty

Rebuilt lithium battery packs carry a 6-month warranty where applicable. This applies only to verified rebuilt-pack services, not to all assessments or diagnostics. The 6-month warranty is confirmed at the point of repair, not applied automatically to every battery service.

Common questions

Do you repair any battery?

Supported lithium battery packs are handled on enquiry. Not every battery or fault type is repairable. Assessment is required.

Why no fixed price?

Battery repair cost depends on pack configuration, cell count, BMS type and fault. No public price exists without assessment.

Is it safe to transport the battery?

The safety intake will ask about battery condition, including any swelling, damage or abnormal behaviour. Do not transport a damaged or swollen battery without guidance.
