Diagnostic fee
A £30 diagnostics charge applies when a bench assessment is required to identify the fault. This fee is deducted from the repair cost if you proceed.
Fixed-price repairs (screen, battery) quoted directly — diagnostics applies to no-power, board-level and complex faults.
WARRANTY
Repair warranty
Standard eligible repairs carry a 12-month warranty. Liquid damage and heavily corroded boards carry no warranty.

Do I need an appointment?
Open by appointment. Mon–Sun 08:00–20:00
Do you offer mail-in?
Mail-in is not currently available. Collection within 10–15 miles may be possible for eligible repairs.
Will my data be safe?
No repair work alters your data deliberately. Back up your device before any repair if possible.
What if you can't fix it?
If no repair route is identified after diagnostics, the £30 diagnostic fee applies. No further charge.
