E-BIKE BATTERY

E-bike Battery Diagnostics & Repair in Worksop

Battery not charging, cutting out or losing range? Start with condition and safety assessment.

Safety intake required

E-bike battery assessment starts with a safety and condition intake. You will be asked about battery behaviour, any physical damage, swelling or abnormal charging. This is not a standard instant-price repair.

Collection of an e-bike battery requires manual safety approval. Standard collection pricing does not apply until approved.

WHAT WE ASSESS

A battery fault is not always a failed cell

Many e-bike battery faults can have multiple causes. A condition and safety assessment looks at the whole system.

  • Battery condition — visual and physical assessment
  • Voltage measurement and state of charge
  • Cell-group balance assessment
  • BMS behaviour and communication
  • Connection and wiring integrity
  • Charging behaviour and charger compatibility where relevant
  • Voltage drop under simulated load where safe to test

No cell replacement, rebuild or BMS replacement is committed until diagnosis confirms a safe and viable repair route. Assessment findings are confirmed with you before any further work proceeds.

FAQ

Common questions

How much does it cost?

E-bike battery diagnostic and repair costs are not published as fixed prices. Assessment is required first. Start the battery intake to begin.

Can you collect my e-bike battery?

Battery collection requires manual safety approval. Enquire through the battery intake — we will confirm collection options based on battery condition and location.

My battery is swollen — what do I do?

Do not transport a swollen or damaged battery without guidance. Start the intake and describe the condition. We will advise on safe handling before any transport is arranged.
